Mr. Cruickshank has worked in every facet of public emergency response services. Currently, Mr. Cruickshank works as a Detective for a community of about 20,000, as a security specialist for the National Disaster Medical System under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and as an emergency medical services instructor. His experience in local, state and federal emergency response provides him with a unique knowledge of public safety. Mr. Cruickshank earned his Bachelor's of Arts in Communications and Bachelor's of Science in Biochemistry before earning a Master's of Science in Public Safety Leadership. On the subject of law enforcement morale, he has been published on the cover of Police Chief Magazine, the FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin, as well as lecturing at the Center for American and International Law.
Lieutenant Boisvert served for 20 years with the Hartford Police Department in Connecticut. During her time protecting a city of over 300,000, she worked her way up from an officer and member of the Emergency Response Team, to lieutenant in charge of all training as well as commander of the tactical team. Lieutenant Boisvert currently works for a large accredited police academy as lead instructor. She has extensive knowledge on interdepartmental conflict management and leadership. Lieutenant Boisvert earned a Master's in organizational management leadership and is passionate about the culture of policing.

Angelina Kendra, Ph.D.
Assessment and Research Analyst

Dr. Kendra earned her doctorate at Virginia Tech in 2003. Her experience in developing appropriate survey instruments, analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data, and compiling clear, informative graphics and supporting materials is substantial. She has also worked for various corporations and civic organizations in developing educational, marketing, and public relations materials. Her background in editing and graphic design promise our clients the highest quality finished documents that will move relevant information into the hands of the decision-makers who need it.
